Part-time PA & Sales Assistant
ReRoot is looking to expand its family! We’re searching for a reliable, like minded eco warrior to join our troop as a PA and Sales Assistant. Someone who is ready to support in growing ReRoot whilst learning on the job experience about the ins and outs of running a local sustainable startup:
Main Responsibilities:

Preparing client orders and communicating with them directly for organising deliveries or custom orders

Liaising with the courier service to ensure all orders are delivered on time and are requested via the courier services' online system

Supporting in monthly physical stock check

Maintaining back office of e-commerce site (WIX). Uploading new products, stock updates, out of stocks etc.

Tracking stock on consignment with B2B clients and preparing invoices

Supporting sales and marketing via social media platforms

Supporting any events hosted at ReRoot or stockist/clients
Qualifications/Experience:

Ideal but not mandatory: prior experience in Sales and/or retail

Fluent in English and Maltese
-
Proficient with Microsoft word, Excel and Powerpoint
-
Organisational skills are essential since an element of the role will be managing the stock level, supporting stock take and dealing with customers and orders
