What is ReRoot?


ReRoot is a zero waste and low impact lifestyle store selling a range of homeware and kitchen essentials, beauty products, toiletries, cleaning products and some food essentials that either eliminate or reduce the unnecessary waste and packaging usually associated with these products. We're all about offering eco-friendly and sustainable alternatives to everyday products.




What zero waste and low impact products do you sell?


All our products support a low impact lifestyle and are a low waste alternative to everyday products.

We sell a variety of eco homeware, kitchen essentials, beauty products, toiletries, books, cleaning products and some food essentials. We’ve hand picked all these brands because we believe in their ethical purpose, products and business ethos.

We also offer refill options on some products including food essentials and cleaning products. We do sell containers for some of the cleaning products however at this stage we don't sell containers for the food so do bring in your empty containers. We will stock these containers in the very near future.




What is zero waste?


Zero waste is a guiding principle and goal towards eliminating unnecessary waste to protect our planet and its resources. Our store is based on this philosophy; reduce, reuse, refill and recycle is at the heart of what we do, our decisions and products.

Our shop is location in Iklin on Geronimo Abos Street. We're located two doors down from MayPole Iklin so do come by and say hi!




Do you have an online shop?


Yes we do. We sell our full range of products online www.rerootmalta.com/shop. We offer delivery options across Malta and Gozo as well as free collections in store.




Which products do you offer refills for?


We currently offer refills for a select number of dried food essentials and cleaning products. We're also working to expand this list so watch this space for more updates.




How do instore refills work?


When choosing to refill your products in store you need to follow 4 very easy steps outlined below:

1. Bring your own container or purchase a plastic free container from our store for the cleaning products(we always encourage reusing your own containers). We currently do not sell containers for the food products so you will need to bring your own containers;

2. Pop your empty container on the scales and record the weight;

3. Fill up your container/s with your favourite product/s;

4. Weigh the filled container and record the weight;

5. We'll them calculate the final price at the till.

We’re of course in store to help with this process and also offer any help with pricing beforehand.




Are you privately owned?


We are indeed; we're a brother, sister and husband team trying to make a difference. We don't have any outside investors or shareholders and are completely independent.




Do you deliver to Gozo?


Yes we do. Gozo deliveries are based on a collection point basis. So once you confirm your order we will be in touch with details on the collection point, delivery date and time. The delivery charge for Gozo is currently 3 euros and this is charged on collection of your order and not at checkout. Therefore, when you checkout please choose the Gozo delivery option in order not to be charged 3.50 euros for the standard delivery option that is only applicable to order across Malta.




Do you offer in store collection for online orders?


Yes we do. In store collection for all online order is free. While the shop is closed due to the current situation we're currently offering collection on two days - Tuesday and Thursday between 9.30 - 11am.
