ReRoot have teamed up with Walk and Talk, one of Malta's leading Mental Health awareness groups and 7Rs, a local organization focused on sustainability and environmental land clean-ups. Together we're organizing a coastal cleanup in the area of Ghar Lapsi. The theme of our cleanup? 

Mental Health awareness!

Nature provides us with a great source of relaxation and respite from our busy and hectic lives. From a walk in the country side to a picnic by a quiet beach, nature acts as a little escape and has been proven through countless studies to help improve mental health in numerous ways. Well we want to help give back!

Whilst walking through the panoramic garigue landscape of Ghar Lapsi we will be cleaning up 2 main areas together with the help and expertise of the 7R team. 

Join us for a morning of self-relfection and meditation whilst cleaning up one of Malta's most beautiful coastal areas :)
