Our Organic Lavender is from Provence, France. This lavender comes from the last harvest and has been grown, dried and bottled in Europe. The lavender flower is the chalice that is separate from the stem. The lavender flower has a blue/purple color and carries the essential oil. The lavender fields are between 600 and 1400 meters above sea level in France.
